Refund policy

All devices are eligible to return within 60 days unless subject to damage from owner. Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery, unless damage is attributed to the owner. After 60 days, the device is no longer eligible for return.

How to initiate a return?

Contact us at tech@schupan.com, or via or "contact us" form, to request a return. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a full refund, items must:

  • Be the same device that was originally shipped (verified by serial number)
  • Show no new damage beyond what was noted at the time of sale
  • Include all components and accessories that were included in the original shipment

Refund Process

Once we recieve your return, our team will inspect the device and verify it against your original order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of inspection completion. You will recieve an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Non-returnable items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid damage, or unathorized repair
  • Items returned after the 60-day window.
